Most purchases are shipped from Cry Baby Ranch in Colorado, to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order.  Here at Cry Baby Ranch we believe in trying to reduce the amount of trash coming from our business, so please expect items to come in re-used, already loved boxes - less garbage in land fills is better for everyone, and not buying new boxes makes our products less expensive for you!

Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries.

The following are estimated delivery times for shipping:

Ground            5-9 business days
3 Day Air         3-4 business days
2 Day Air         2-3 business days
Next Day Air    1-2 business days

Alaska and Hawaii: 2 day air or overnight only

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your
credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Items
ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and
weight), and may be received separately.

Because furniture, cribs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; this charge is listed in the item description. You will be notified of the shipping details via email.

Express Delivery: [Back to Top]

Express delivery orders must allow one day normally for order processing. (If we receive your order by 3 pm MST Monday through Thursday, your order will generally ship the day following the date the order is placed; orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than Tuesday). Note: Express delivery service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
